For 16 generations, and over 450 years, the Ekelund family has worked using textiles. The family owned company is located in Horred on the west side of Sweden and all production takes place in the company's Horred factory. Ekelund weave imported yarns to produce a range of high quality homewares which are family heirlooms in the making.

All products bearing the Ekelund name are made using 100% natural fibres. Natural fibres have the best properties for the purpose, and the textiles produced are easy on the eye and pleasing to the touch.

In 1995, Ekelund became the first home textile company in the world to adapt their products and practices to meet the criteria of of the Swedish Society of Nature Conservation and receive their "Good Environmental Choice" ecolabel. These criteria regulate water and energy consumption, as well as the persistence of dyes and chemicals in nature and wastewater plants.

These high quality linens are sure to impress. We stock Ekelund tablecloths, runners, placemats, tea towels, dishcloths, mini towels and bath mats. With such a wide range, there is something for everyone to enjoy.
